สำหรับการทำ “ตะกรุดจันทร์เพ็ญเบิกเมฆา” นี้ ท่านอาจารย์โอ ศักดาจะใช้เวลาลงทั้งคืน ในวันจันทร์ซ้อนจันทร์ขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 12 ตามปฏิทินจันทรคติไทย (วันลอยกระทง ปี2566)
เป็นวิชาที่ทำแล้วจะส่งผลให้ผู้บูชา สำเร็จทั้งวันทั้งคืน รุ่งเรืองทั้งวันทั้งคืน ร่ำรวยทั้งวันทั้งคืน สมหวังทั้งวันทั้งคืน และที่สำคัญไม่ตกต่ำทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน
วิชาจันทร์เพ็ญ มีอุปเท่ห์ว่า “พระจันทร์ในคืนวันเพ็ญแจ่มจำรัส สุกสว่างกระจ่างใสเต็มท้องฟ้า บดบังแสงเดือนแสงดาวและมลทินบนท้องฟ้าฉันใด ชีวิตกูผู้นี้ก็สุกสว่างสดใส สำเร็จ สมหวัง ร่ำรวย รุ่งเรือง ก้าวหน้า มีราศี เต็มผืนแผ่นดินฉันนั้น"
ตำราจันทร์เพ็ญของท่านอาจารย์โอ ศักดานั้น คือตำราของ “พระสังฆราชแพ วัดสุทัศน์” ที่สืบต่อมา ท่านอาจารย์ศักดาจึงนำลงเเผ่นตะกรุด จารเต็มสูตรตามตำรับตำราทุกอย่าง
อาจารย์ท่านว่าพระยันต์นี้มีพุทธคุณครอบคลุมทุกด้าน จะเมตตามหานิยม มหาเสน่ห์ ทั้งทวยเทพยดา ทำมาหากินเจริญรุ่งเรือง นอกจากนี้อาจารย์ท่านยังลงวิชา “ตะวันเบิกเมฆเสน่หา” ซึ่งอยู่ในคัมภีร์พระปถมังโลกีย์ ท่านอาจารย์โอ ศักดาตั้งใจลงเเละทำเต็มสูตรเพื่อให้ลูกศิษย์ได้ใช้กัน
