ทำจากขี้ผึ้งแท้ที่ได้จากน้ำตาเทียนบูชาครูอาจารย์ ผสมกับน้ำมันมนต์สูตรลับชวนลุ่มหลง แม้จะมีกรรมวิธีการทำคล้ายกับสีผึ้งพรายเทียน แต่จะต่างกันคือ พระอาจารย์ท่านต้องลงยันต์บังคับสีเทียนขึ้นมาจุดครั้งละ 7 เล่ม ด้วยการจุดครั้งละ 7 เล่ม จึงทำให้มีโอกาสได้น้ำตาเทียนที่มากกว่าการจุดเล่มเดียว 7 เท่า แต่ก็อย่างที่รู้กันว่า น้ำตาเทียนจะเหลือมากหรือได้น้อย ขึ้นอยู่กับความประสงค์ของสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ซึ่งกว่าพระอาจารย์จะรวบรวมมาทำในปริมาณที่เพียงพอต่อผู้ศรัทธาหวังหาที่พึ่ง ก็เรียกว่านานนับปีเหมือนกัน
และที่ทำให้สีผึ้งสุวรรณมาลีนี้โดดเด่นเป็นพิเศษ ก็อยู่ตรงที่พระอาจารย์ท่านได้อัญเชิญ นางเอื้อยอารี นางอี่อาราม นางงามกาหลง นางจงควดี พร้อมทั้งบริวารของพระพี่สาวทั้ง4คือ อีสา อีสี อีมา อีมี อีนี่ อีนั่น อีทะขัน อีนันทะโก รวมทั้งสิ้นเป็น 12 นาง มาสถิตอยู่ในสีผึ้ง จึงมีชื่อเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า "สีผึ้งนางสิบสอง" จัดได้ว่าเป็นสีผึ้งที่เป็นการเชิญนางฟ้าระดับดารา เรียกเทวดาจากทุกวิมานมาร่วมยินดี
